Metal and Semiconductor Nanoparticles. Gas Sensors, Biosensor and Optical Sensor based on these Nanoparticles. Surface Plasmon Resonance. Diamond and Polymeric like Carbon Films.

Research Activities

1- Neutron Activation Analysis(NAA) on single crystal growth silicon wafer for IC fabrications. 2- Growing Diamond Like Carbon(DLC)thin film with dc and rf plasma deposition techniques. 3- Investigation of electrical and optical properties of Diamond Like Carbon(DLC) Films. 4- The oretical study of electronic structure of Lattice Vacancy Diamond semiconductor.
