  Abstract:
A time-delayed stochastic model has been introduced for the predator-prey problem in which the prey are immobile edible plants and the predators are diffusing herbivors. In the stationaty state, clusters of predators and preys are formed, although they do not see each other. It is shown that the interaction rate should be lowered by correction factor because of this clustering.
