Abstract: | |||||
Chemiluminescence is phenomena that occurs when a significant fraction of the exothermicity of a chemical reaction is transformed into electronic excitation energy of reaction product, which they can emit a photon light. Chemiluminescence can be split up into a chemiexcitation and luminescence step. photon emission from the intermediate process is a well-known as luminescence step which serves to announce the presence of an electronically excited state. in this study, we focus on the electronically excited state species. specially triplet carbonyl group by using a machine learning approach. This paper, shade a new light on the notion that metabolism and oxidative reactions are underlying processes which generate endogenous biological chemiluminescence. in the light of recent findings, one can contribute a novel method for non-invasive and label-free sensing of oxidative processes in biology.
