In this paper, predicting quasar continuum in the Lyman alpha forest has been done using Wavelet analysis. In this analysis, a statistical sample of 50 quasar spectra were used which have been obtained using HST and have a redshift less than one. Average relative error in the Lyman alpha forest has been calculated and the values of the average error in this analysis are compared to that of Fourier analysis. The errors of this research is almost near the that of Suzuki et al. [1], which has been done using Principal Component Analysis.
