|
This design is related to a Pi/2 mode S-Band low energy TW electron linear accelerator which is in the construction stage. This project is supported by the school of particles and accelerators, institute for research in fundamental sciences (I PM), Tehran, Iran. This design consists of a buncher and an accelerating structure that are joined and two couplers for the input/output feedings. At each design stage, different methods (analytical or numerical) are used to confirm the results and also t o have a better understanding
