Particle physics lab at IPM; Past, Present, and Future

Abstract : In this talk, a review of all works performed to stand up a particle physics lab at IPM is reviewed in addition to the experimental outcomes of these efforts. It is expected that with removing the deficiencies and amplifying the successes, a remarkable improvement appears in future programs of the lab especially in construction of RPCs for CMS upgrade stage.
