A New Construction

Hadamard matrix of order 428 found

The following Hadamard matrix of order 428, the first unknown case of Hadamard matrices, was found using a cluster of sixteen 2.6 GH PCs at the Scientific Computing Centre of IPM School of Mathematics. The cluster found a solution after 12 hours of running. [download the matrix]
