Early universe Cosmology- High Energy Physics ? Inflation ? Large Scale Structure Formation

Research Activities

My main area of research in cosmology is the early universe—long before any cosmic structures like galaxies and stars formed. The physics at this stage is relatively simple in the sense that many early-universe phenomena can be described by analytic solutions. So far, I''ve focused on inflation and the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). My first projects specifically explored early-universe models that could explain the dipole anomaly in the CMB, as detected by Planck’s mission. I''ve also worked partially on cosmological perturbation theory and the effective field theory of inflation. Recently, I have developed an interest in baryogenesis—one of the big unresolved questions in cosmology. In particular, I am exploring baryogenesis scenarios that have their origins in the earliest stage of the universe: inflation.
