|
Let S be a polynomial ring over a field K and let R be the Stanley-Reisner ring of a matroid complex. In this paper, as a comparison of multiplicity and final Betti number of Rover S, the inequality βp(R) ≤ [(P)/(MP)]e(R) is obtained.
