Weekly Seminar: Implications of the LHCb Rare Decay Measurements for New Physics

Nazila Mahmoudi, CERN and Clermont-Ferrand University, France

Abstract: The interplay of flavour and collider physics has entered a new era with the start up of the LHC. Rare B decays have been extensively used during the past decade and proved to play a complementary role to the direct searches for new physics. In this seminar the implications of newly measured flavour observables by LHCb will be presented in a model independent way, and also in the context of supersymmetry.
