The organization of (bio-)macromolecules with functional groups and weakly interacting binding sites has significant applications in both material science and biology. This talk will begin by exploring the kinetics of ligand-receptor interactions within both equilibrium and non-equilibrium confinement, highlighting their role in designing new materials. Following this, I will delve into the self-organization and collective behaviors of biomacromolecules within the disordered environment of nuclear transport machinery.
