Through the covariance matrix approach, we find a mechanism to describe the symmetry-resolved entanglement dynamics in non-equilibrium systems. This dynamical behavior obeys the quasi-particle picture which is universal for integrable systems. We find the pattern of time evolution as follows: for the SREE and confrontational entropy SC, linear growth is followed by saturation. On a circular lattice, for long times we see oscillatory behavior due to the ... 11:00 - 12:30 Weekly Webinar Ensemble Learning from Ensemble Docking School BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES https://www.skyroom.online/ch/arashfj/weekly-seminar-ipm-bio In the context of protein-ligand interactions, a comprehensive set of methods and tools has been developed to solve two main problems: the affinity prediction problem and the pose prediction problem. Traditionally the docking problem was solved as a category of molecular mechanical problems by considering a functional form named force field for mathematical representation of the potential energy landscape of the system. In these force fields the underlying physics of protein-ligand interaction is reflected in the form of linear expansion of various physically meaningf ... |
