11:00 - 13:00 ILSF Technical Groups Weekly Meeting School ILSF List of ILSF Technical Groups Weekly Meeting ... 11:00 - 12:00 Wednesday Weekly Seminar - google meet Magnets design for Iranian Light Source Facility storage ring School PARTICLES AND ACCELERATORS Abstract: The Iranian Light Source Facility (ILSF) is a 3 GeV synchrotron radiation laboratory which is in the detailed design stage, and the main building site is being excavated in Qazvin, 150 km from Tehran. The ILSF storage ring (SR) is based on a Five-Bend Achromat (5BA) lattice providing an ultra-low beam emittance of 270 pm rad. The ring is comprised of 100 combined dipole magnets, 240 quadrupoles, and 320 sextupoles with additional coils as dipole and skew quadrupole correctors. In this webinar, some design features of the SR magnets, along with their detailed physical design, are debated. The corresponding electrical and cooling calc ... 13:00 - 14:00 Combinatorics and Computing Weekly Seminar On Linear Systems of Conics Over Finite Fields School MATHEMATICS . If an inward disc-driven migration scenario is assumed for their formation, these planets could have been stopped and parked at an inner edge of the disc, or be pushed through the inner disc cavity by a resonant chain. This topic has not been properly and extensively studied. In this talk, I will briefly explain how we investigate this topic using hydrodynamical simulations, under what condition the planets can get close to their parent stars, and one possible missing piece in the theory of planetary migration. ... 14:00 - 15:00 Weekly Seminar Light-Powered Reactivation of Flagella and Contraction of Microtubule Networks: Toward Building an Artificial Cell School NANO SCIENCES Artificial systems capable of self-sustained movement with self-sufficient energy are of high interest with respect to the development of many challenging applications, including medical treatments, but also technical applications. The bottom-up assembly of such systems in the context of synthetic biology is still a challenging task. In this work, we demonstrate the biocompatibility and efficiency of an artificial light-driven energy module and a motility functional unit by integrating light-switchable photo-synthetic vesicles with demembranated flagella. The flagellar propulsion is coupled to the beating frequency, and dynamic ATP synthesis ... 16:30 - 18:30 Mathematical Logic Weekly Seminar Algebraic Constructions in Models of Peano Arithmetic and its Weak Fragments School MATHEMATICS I will concentrate on the ideal theory of models of Peano Arithmetic and some of its weak fragments. I will present a model theoretic analysis of the residue rings of these structures. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88308749358?pwd=MzFWamxoVGtYYjVBVjgrR2ZqWkdwQT09 Meeting ID: 883 0874 9358 Passcode: 168761 ... 17:00 - 18:00 Algebraic and Geometric Theory of General Systems of Differential Equations School ISFAHAN BRANCH OF MATHEMATICS Algebraic and Geometric Theory of General Systems of Differential Equations |
