10:00 - 12:30 Weekly Seminar Controllability of complex biological networks School BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES The controllability of a complex network is related to finding a set of minimum number of nodes (known as drivers) that allow full control of the network. For some applications; including in biological networks, only part of the network needs to be controlled, for which target control has been proposed. Often, along the controlling route from driver nodes to target nodes, some mediators are also unwillingly controlled, which might cause various side effects. In this talk, after stating the basics of controllability, its goals, and applications, the available solutions will be presented. In the following, I present the algorithm that we recent ... |
