11:00 - 12:30 Weekly Seminar Early Universe Evolutions and the Impact of Quantum Loop Corrections School ASTRONOMY Abstract: Using the ultraviolet (UV)-infrared (IR) renormalization technique combined with the in-in formalism, we compute the regularized one-loop corrections, including the tadpole contributions, to the power spectrum arising from cubic and quartic Hamiltonians. Our results demonstrate that the fully regularized and renormalized fractional loop correction to the power spectrum is dominated by the spectrum's peak at the end of the ultra-slow-roll (USR) phase. This correction scales as exp(6 ?N ) where ?N denotes the duration of the USR phase. These findings reinforce the conclusion that loop corrections can become non-perturbatively l ... |
