The scaling properties of cumulative distribution of area of iso-hight lines of rough self-affine surfaces with respect to area and system size were investigated. In addition the generating function of the area of the loops were found by getting motivation from coulomb gas results. Finally we propose some Zipf like scaling relations for racked loops. We support our proposed scaling relations with simulation results.
