  Abstract:
The influence of the forth generation quarks to the single lepton polarizations is investigated in Λb \rar Λ l+l decay. Taking |VtsVtb| ∼ {0.01−0.03} with phase just below 90°, which are consistent with the bsl+l rate and the Bs mixing parameter ∆mBs, We obtain that single lepton(μ,  τ) polarizations are quite sensitive to the existence of four generation. It can serve as a good tool to search for new physics effects, precisely, to search for fourth generation quarks(t′, b′).
