In this paper we study the matter form of the conformal and super-conformal ghosts action. The ghosts fields also will be expressed in terms of some scalar and spinor fields. The Poincaré-like symmetries and various supersymmetries of this covariant action are analyzed. The N=2 supersymmetry gives 10+2 signature for the target space of the superstring theory. In addition, the signature 11+3 for the target spacetime also is possible.
