  Abstract:
The equation of state of hot asymmetrical nuclear matter and some of its thermodynamics properties such as free energy, pressure, incompressibility, etc, are calculated with various phenomenological nucleon-nucleon potentials (UV14, AV14, and UV14+TNI) using the lowest order constrained variational (LOCV) method. The calculations are performed along both isothermal and isentropic paths. The temperature and asymmetry dependence of saturation properties of hot asymmetrical nuclear matter are explored. It is shown that the equation of state of hot asymmetrical nuclear matter with the UV14+TNI potential is much harder than those with the UV14 and the AV14 potentials. Finally, a comparison is made with other many-body methods.
