The scalar field theories that exhibit Carroll and Galilei symmetries have been explored in the literature. In this paper, we generalize the study to the fermionic field theories that respect Carroll and Galilei symmetries and demonstrate how to obtain consistent actions for them by using different methods. We also extend our study to the N=1 off-shell supersymmetric field theories in four dimensions for both the electric and magnetic sectors of both the Carrollian and Galilean fields by introducing auxiliary fields and imposing the supersymmetry transformations. Finally, we formulate the Carrollian and Galilean field theories in terms of super fields and super space coordinates.
