  Abstract:
This article provide prebuncher design process for a linear electron accelerator under construction at the Shahid Beheshti University and the Institute for Studies in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics. The article results are the dimensions of resonant cavity, the dimensions of the drift space after it and excitation of prebuncher. The dimensions of prebuncher obtained from using Electromagnetic analysis software, SUPERFISH and HFSS, and relation of resonance cavity. At 2997.93 MHz, for optimum dimensions, Quality factor is 11690.73
