  Abstract:
We present the results of our QCD analysis for quark distributions and structure func-tions for polarized deep inelastic scattering of leptons on nucleons and nuclei using the Jacobi polynomials up to NLO approximation. Finally by having proton and also neu-tron structure functions, we have enough motivation to extract 3He and 3H polarized structure functions.
