  Abstract:
We investigate the electronic transport properties of a bilayer graphene nanoribbon as n-p and n-n junctions subjected to a perpendicular magnetic field in the presence of on-site or edge disorder. Our studies stem from the non-equilibrium Green's function and the Landauer-Büttiker formalism to solve the tight-binding Hamiltonian of the bilayer graphene nanoribbon connected to leads. We show that the Hall plateaux remains unchanged in the presence of disorders in the n-n region. In addition, in the n-p region, disorders induce the enhancement of the conductance in the presence of the magnetic field.
