Research Activities

I majored in biomedical engineering and my Ph.D. dissertation was on "Brain decoding using fMRI data". I dealt with more decoding studies; one is "Predicting BOLD activity in FFA from the activity in other visual areas" under the supervision of Dr. Hossein-zadeh and Dr. Reza Rajimehr and my current research of bio-motion decoding is under the supervision of Dr. Hossein-zadeh and Dr. Maryam Vaziri Pashkam. The area of interest that I''d like to work in are classified into two following categories. One area of interest is studying the various brain functions. The other is developing the computational and intelligent algorithms and their application in neuroimaging. Research interests: Brain Decoding and Encoding, MVPA, Brain Connectivity, functional MRI.
