Speckle tweezers (ST) by incorporating randomly distributed light fields can be used to control micro-particles to perform manipulation tasks such as guiding and sorting. Indeed, compared to periodic potentials, ST represents a wider possibility to be operated for such tasks. In this talk, we will explore the usefulness of ST in collective motion control of an ensemble of micro-particles of high and low index with respect to the surrounding as well as nano-particle loaded low index vesicles. The potential applications toward controlling collective transportation of drug micro-containers and directed motion of a mixture of micro-objects will be also discussed.
